Manifest Anything in just 8 steps!

Everyone is talking about manifestation. If you look on Tiktok, Youtube or Facebook there will be a seemingly endless scroll of articles and videos on how to manifest your dream life. But what are the actual steps in manifestation? 




Manifesting your dreams doesn’t have to be super complicated. In fact, manifesting your goals can be boiled down to 8 simple steps. 


1. Desire - Think about what it is that you desire? What are your goals? What do you NOT want? Sometimes, it’s easier to figure out what you DO NOT want, and from there you can start to outline what you DO want your dream life would look like. 




2. Decide- It’s one thing to gain clarity on what your goals are. It’s another to truly believe and KNOW it can be yours. It’s okay to experiment with what goals resonate best with you. If your 5 year goals feel too big, feel free to shift focus on the next 2 years, or 1 year. Don’t let yourself get overwhelmed and focus on what resonates best with you. You get to choose where your life goes and what it looks like. You get to decide and your decisions have so much power.

3. Inventory Beliefs- After you decide to go all in on your manifestation journey, it’s super important to take stock on your initial emotional reactions when you read over your goals. What immediate feelings pop up? Excitement? Fear? Doubt? Take note of these emotions and delve deeper. The goal here is to get to the root limiting belief, if there is one, and start to deconstruct it so that you can transform it to a new empowering belief and  build a new narrative

4. Vision- Visualization is an incredibly powerful step in manifesting your dream life. Visualization can be a mood board, journaling about your ideal day in your dream life, or even speaking your ideal dream life out loud. The point is to be fully immersed in feeling what it would be like to live your dream life. Get really detailed. Write out your New Vision for your dream life, this is your new story, your vision statement.



5. Clear Physical Space- Your physical living space is SUPER important to your mood and productivity. If you’re living in a super disorganized and cluttered space, it will absolutely affect your energy and your mindset. Studies have shown that cluttered spaces can increase your feelings of anxiety and depression. In this step, take the time to really go through your things and get rid of items that bring up negative thoughts, memories or emotions. If you aren’t ready to completely get rid of them, try putting them in boxes and put them elsewhere in your home. 



6. Follow Intuition and Divine Guidance- You’re not alone! Your intuition and gut feelings are amazingly spot on. Trust yourself. In this space, write down instinctual emotions regarding your manifestation journey or thoughts that popped up from prayer (if that resonates with you). Increase your awareness of nudges and feelings that will help guide you on your journey. 



7. Massive Inspired Action- Getting in the right mindset is the foundation of your manifestation journey.  But it isn't enough to just WANT your dream life. After you have a deeply rooted belief in your ability to achieve your goals, it’s time to start taking action. The best way to take massive inspired action is to pay attention to the things you are excited to do, or the nudges that come out of nowhere and do them. Also, you can break down your larger goals into smaller monthly/yearly goals. This will allow you to plan a way to incorporate daily actions that will accumulate momentum and inevitably lead to your larger goal. 



8. Be, Allow, Receive- Be open to receive and ALLOW the blessings to come into your life. Your mindset is so important in this step, because if you still feel like you are unworthy to receive your goals then it might be easy to self-sabotage. A great way to prevent this is to create daily affirmations that remind you that you DESERVE your dreams and happiness. Daily affirmations can be journaling prompts you practice everyday or already written affirmations that you read every single day.
